The worst telemarketing company I have ever dealt with in 25 years. I sent Ed KInon a $330.00 personal check because he doesn't take credit cards. That should have been the tip off. I was told he would make 500 calls. He doesn't have a dialer or the program excel. He told me they cost too much. I'm with a mortgage company and he said he had worked with companies in the industry before. I reviewed my quick application with him. I was expecting a filled out form on every interested lead. I needed at least a cell phone number and an email on each one as well. I wanted him to log each call on the list I provided so I could see his performance. Ed didn't get ONE lead after a whole week of calling on my campaign. I didn't get any feedback as far as the call dispositions. All he said was nobody answered the phone calls and the list stinks. He suggested he use his list. That was a bigger disaster. Not one viable lead. No cell phone numbers. No emails. He said telemarketing doesn't work in my industry any more. He refused to refund my $330.00.He said to take him to court. He was so nice and seemed so honest in the beginning and then became a real snake who steals peoples money and delivers nothing. He's the worst telemarketer I have ever encountered. A total RIPOFF. Stay away from Wave Marketing and ED KINON.
