Our Privacy Policy below covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your Personal Data when you use our websites, software, and services (collectively, “Services”), including the Quantum PPC Chrome Extension. Types of Personal Data we collect:

  • Your Content: Our Services are designed to make it simple for you to store your online advertising data. To make that possible, we store, process, and transmit your content as well as information related to it (performance of ads, schedules, etc.).
  • Google Ads Data: When you connect your Google Ads account, we access campaign names, ad groups, keywords, ads, performance metrics, negative keywords, budgets, and other advertising data strictly necessary to provide automation, optimization, and reporting features.
  • Google Merchant Center Data: If you use our Shopping features, we access your Merchant Center ID, product feeds, product attributes (titles, prices, types, brands), and issue details to generate campaign structures and filter products.

2. Google User Data (Limited Use Policy)

Crucial for Google Verification:

Our Services integrate with Google Ads API and Google Content API for Shopping. Quantum's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We do not allow humans to read this data unless necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law.
  • We do not use this data for serving advertisements, including retargeting.
  • We do not allow your data to be used for training third-party AI models without your consent.

3. Chrome Extension Privacy ("Quantum PPC — Google Ads Power Tools")

The Quantum PPC — Google Ads Power Tools browser extension is designed to operate locally on your device to enhance the Google Ads interface.

  • No Data Collection: The extension does not collect, store, or transmit your browsing history, ad data, or page content to our servers. It operates by modifying the DOM (Document Object Model) of the loaded page locally to inject helper buttons.
  • Authentication: The extension communicates with our main server (myquantum.app) solely to verify your authorization status. It checks if you are logged in to enable the features.
  • Local Storage: We use the browser's local storage permission to cache your authorization status. This improves performance by reducing the number of verification requests.
  • Host Permissions: Access to ads.google.com is required strictly to inject the user interface elements (buttons, menus) directly into the Google Ads platform. We do not scrape or export this data.

4. Collection of Non-Personal Data

We also collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose.

Usage Information: We collect information related to how you use the Services, including actions you take in your account (viewing insights, running optimizations, etc.). We use this information to improve our Services.

5. Cookies and Other Technologies

We use technologies like cookies and pixel tags to provide, improve, protect, and promote our Services. For example, cookies help us remember your username for your next visit and understand how you are interacting with our Services.

  • Service Providers: Quantum uses trusted third parties (for example, providers of customer support, payment processing, and IT services) to help us provide our Services. These third parties will access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.

7. Protection and Retention of Personal Data

Quantum takes the security of your Personal Data seriously. We protect your Personal Data by using encryption during transit and while files are at rest.

We retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, all information may be deleted from our active servers after 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

Google API Data Deletion: You may request full deletion of all Google Ads data retrieved via the Google API at any time by contacting us at info@myquantum.app. All such data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

8. International Transfers (GDPR)

To provide you with the Services, we may store, process, and transmit information in the United States and locations around the world. If you are a resident of the European Union (“EU”), you may have additional rights under the GDPR.

When transferring data from the EU/UK, we rely upon legal mechanisms to protect the integrity and security of your information.
