I didn’t know that getting a website refresh could be so affordable, easy and quick! Not only Did they nail the website redesign? Meh. Not bad but not great. I found them to be lazy. I suppose that is the best word to fit them. Every time I requested something (eg. Add an email, put the correct company name on the website, release my domains back to me) it just never got done. I finally fired them for their terrible service. Putting a company name on my website that was not my company (you know the one paying them) really took the cake. When weeks after I told them to correct the issue it was still unresolved I fired them. I'm still waiting weeks later to get my domain released back to me. They are just not with the effort I would rather pay 3x as much and have support.
