I had a very unexpected security issue on my website where spammers were placing multiple orders in a row on my website over and over. My payment processor stated that I would be responsible for any chargeback fees so I had to put security filters in place ASAP. He walked me through some things on my site that I needed to update first, and I could tell he was incredibly knowledgeable about wordpress and websites in general. After that, he took it all from there. Within one business day he added and tested multiple security features and prepared a very professional report for me to submit to my payment processor. Everything went seamlessly and for a very reasonable price. I needed an ad agency for my software company. I saw the google business profile for Ciphers and got really excited to see all the glowing reviews. Mike returned my voicemail the next day and began getting familiar with my business and marketing needs. After a few minutes I noticed he was asking me the same question over and over. What is my business, who am I serving. I answered each time, but after probing the same questions over 5 times I asked if there was a particular answer he was looking for and if he could rephrase the question. He couldn't answer that question and got notable agitated after I asked it. The call quickly deterioriated after that and even though I worked hard to figure out what information he needed from me, he was too agitated to respond, he just kept asking the same question over and over. Realizing that there was a severe communication barrier, I thanked him for his time and he hung up on me before I could finish what I was saying. I'm really grateful for the character reveal early on, I couldn't imagine doing business with this person.
