When I hired Pro Marketing Innovation to help me create a website for my business for the first time, they were very friendly at first, but they withheld information from me because it wasn't in their best interest to disclose everything. It's a strategy they use to keep clients with them as long as possible so they can continue extracting money from them. I realized this when a friend asked me if they had provided me with all the passwords and credentials for my website, and I said no. He suggested I call them to request all the information, but they refused to give it to me. They were asking for an additional $2,000 to release the passwords and credentials. I decided not to pay them any more, and they kept everything and then deleted my website. If you don't have that information, you don't own anything, and they can delete websites whenever they want.
