I have never written review, but my experience with this company deserves one. From the start, I had to push just to be heard. Bi-weekly meetings faded to monthly, then stopped entirely. I hired them to run Google Ads and create a professional video. The video took over 14 months to complete. They failed to secure the promised location and talent, changed the concept last minute, and asked my family to appear on camera instead — which made no sense for my product. I had to scramble to find talent and get them signed. They provided no script, which was also part of the contract. Instead, they brought in a makeup artist without my approval and tried to bill me for it at the same cost as the talent. They also charged me for a photographer who was never hired. Their remedy for this was to ask me to go through the video to find screen shots. Video images are not equal to professional photography. To add to this, after I ended the relationship, I found out my Google ad campaign had been poorly managed they used overly broad keywords that gave the illusion of high traffic but with minimal return. This company may prioritize their larger clients, but as a small business owner, I found the communication poor, the service mismanaged, and the value disappointing. I would not recommend them.
