Shockingly poor service. I’ve spoken with them twice, and both times I dealt with the same person, who was rude on each occasion. During my final interaction, he seemed more focused on waiting for a cellphone call than helping me, and his arrogant attitude was extremely off-putting. I would not recommend this place and would avoid it if possible.
Never trust this company. They illegally accessed my hosting account and stole a website I personally designed and developed for a client. They removed my footer credit, replaced it with their company name, and continued using my original design and content without permission. I still have all original source files, development records, and proof of ownership. This is a serious copyright violation, and legal action is being considered. Even worse, they repeatedly attempted to attack my business website and damage my company. Extremely unethical and unprofessional behavior. Stay away.
