I hired Motiv Mktg (Michael Supina) for a done-for-you webinar funnel service. The offer promised ad management, backend setup, and full operational support to generate leads and booked calls through a live webinar event. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and fell far below what was sold. Yes — I encountered some minor tech issues on my end (as many clients do), but the core breakdown was in the agency’s execution: • SMS reminders failed to send • Emails did not go out • Webinar registrants didn’t receive proper communication • No one on their team caught these issues until after $3,500 in ad spend was already wasted and zero accountability was taken. • Only 22 calls were booked in total, not 72 as later claimed by the agency • No call tracking, no appointment optimization, and no follow-through When I brought up these concerns, the agency owner responded with complete deflection, refused any responsibility, and ultimately declined a refund — even though I was left with a non-functioning funnel and thousands in wasted spend. One of the transparent reasons is that my credit card expired on go high level for the SMS'es to go out but that happened 3 days before the SMSes should've gone out for the show rate. This mean nobody checked or noticed for what was their responsbility as per contract. In private messages, the agency also admitted they didn’t monitor leads or automations 1-to-1, despite this being a core part of the service. Quotes like “yes, it is my responsibility that I could have looked at” only reinforced that proper delivery was not in place. I was also met with threats of legal action for writing a review and was told to “man up” instead of being treated professionally. I am sharing this review as a public service to others considering working with this agency. If you’re thinking about hiring them, proceed with caution — and be prepared to micromanage what was sold as a DFY solution. In total including the add spend I've lost $11,000 through their promises.
