Uncommon Web Design has master-level-10 capabilities and understanding on all things pertaining to web design, e-commerce, SEO, and even custom apps & biz IT systems setup. We have found Daniel and the entire team at Uncommon Web Design can answer any question we throw at them, and that makes us feel very confident in dealing with them, because we know they are true professionals on the web and IT things they do. And this includes a very deep understanding of AI artificial intelligence related things and web coding. These are some of the things that we found very noteworthy : 1. Its difficult to find the right company to partner with in the IT and web development Space, specifically as some are not as knowledgeable as they make themselves seem from the first call or zoom meeting. UWD is definitely more knowledgable that even most bigger companies we have worked with & dealt with. 2. We have seen massive increases in website traffic after their tweaks and adjustments to the website and webshop. WE couldn't be happier on how they handle the Google adwords account to maximize our spend without waste of budgets like others have done in the past. 3.They (UWD) knew which platform to use for the e-commerce part of it but were able to explain to us why that platform was a better choice for us. Most other companies would say one or the other but no true explanation like UWD gave us. 4. UWD Provides a True Partner relationship- whereas basically all other companies we did web projects with would leave us in the dust with help and support after the project was finished and paid for, UWD treats their customers more like a partner , they are always willing to answer questions, even if the project is finished and done already. 5. UWD has Web-App and Website coding knowledge from the "ground-up" - We didnt realize it at the beginning, but UWD has a lot of code and coding knowledge, we had them look into a web app we did in India with another company / vendor and they were able to look a the code, suggest improvements and give us a bid for tweaking that web-app website. Few people can do that in the web design space. We will be using them for our platforms upgrades going forward due to their capacity to work with and read a large variety of web code. Finally we would like to note that while time-differences made it difficult to work with other vendors we used in the past (that are physically in India, Malaysia, and sometimes even in China) the fact that UWD is on a US-Based time zone was very valuable to us due to no "weird-time 2AM" technology meetings (like the overseas past web design and web app vendors we had) Not sure how we can explain this in writing, but there are things that get lost in translation, misunderstandings, and a lot of wasted time when working with all past overseas web design vendors and companies Smart LED had in the past. All of those nuisances DISAPPEARED when we started working with UWD. Everything with UWD has been efficient, timely, quick, powerful, effective, and also easy-to-understand.
