Small business owners, please be careful. I own a small business and came across a Jump Forward Media advertisement on Facebook. I clicked on it because I was curious and wanted to learn more, but I did not realize that I had allegedly been enrolled in a recurring subscription. Although Jump Forward Media never provided any services to my business, I was charged 30 recurring payments of $99, totaling $2,970. Around March 2026, I spoke with a representative named Dave. He acknowledged that no services had been provided and said he would report the matter to management. However, no one followed up. Since then, my repeated calls, voicemail messages, and formal refund request sent to the company’s support email have all gone unanswered. I am requesting a full refund of $2,970, immediate cancellation of all recurring billing, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made. I am posting this review to honestly document my experience and to warn other small business owners to carefully review any recurring charges. I hope Jump Forward Media’s management will contact me promptly and resolve this matter.
