I hired Advanced Marketers to help generate HVAC leads for my company, DT Heating & Cooling. While the onboarding process was smooth and communication was generally professional, the overall performance did not meet expectations for the level of investment made. We experienced ongoing issues with lead quality, call tracking reliability, and inconsistent system performance through Go High Level. There were periods where calls were not properly routed, tracking was not functioning correctly, and many of the leads received were either spam or low quality. At one point, there were stretches where our phones were not ringing consistently despite active ad spend. I also felt there was a disconnect between the marketing strategy being used and the actual residential HVAC market we service in the San Fernando Valley. After several months, the return on investment simply was not there for our company. To their credit, communication remained respectful throughout the cancellation process, and they ultimately agreed to waive part of the remaining charges to close the account professionally. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
