Someone from Blacksmith reached out to our company through e-mail saying they had a meeting with our CEO that never took place leading to confusion. This is not how you find new customers by misrepresenting yourself and coming up with fake conversations. Someone in their sales/marketing team needs to be talked to about their dishonest e-mail marketing/sales practices.
