Hired Intero to do SEO for my small bike shop. Paid them thousands of dollars. They didn't do any actual work, except generate reports from their information, showing how some keywords went up. They logged into my website an average of 2x a month for 5 minutes each time. Google analytics showed no difference from before hiring them or after hiring them. I dropped them. Sales guy promised that if I re-hired them, I wouldn't pay if I didn't see results. Stupidly, I believed him. Signed back up. Same thing happened again. No results achieved and no record of any work being done. They billed me anyway and when I didn't pay, they took me to collections. Whatever you do, get your results in writing! My experience strongly suggests that you should not trust Intero SEO. graph below is the results from the time I was their client. Bump is when a famous person posted about our shop.
