Our club has a website that needs a new host site. I described our situation briefly. Ross was able to understand what problem we were facing, state the security issues I was not aware of and offer 4 different options at different price points. Ross was professional, knowledgeable and told me information about our website that I didn't know. Then he outlined the steps I need to take in order to transfer to a new site, which he recommended we do (without his oversight). Ross was so nice and offered so much information out of the goodness of heart. I really appreciated his help, especially since I don't know much about websites and the internet. I would recommend Ross to anyone who needs a decent, honest person to help them work out their internet marketing needs.
