My wife and I turned our handyman business into a licensed plumbing business May 2025. We had an enormous amount of traction as a handyman and were now forced to turn all those calls down. My phone was exploding with calls from marketing SEO agencies. Both my best friend and my Dad(who I have closely and meticulously listened too every step of the business building process advice they have given) told me, what ever I did, do not chase Google, you'll waiste a ton of money and get no results. Kurt, from PMM reached out to me after I had made a small inquiry on Facebook. Facebook and Nextdoor had fed me and my family for a year and 4 months through the handyman venture. However, our plumbing license found these platforms to be lame ducks and we were dumping tons of money into paid advisertisement, on these platforms as well as Yelp. Getting nothing in return. We were contacted by Kurt in August of 25, we were experiencing serious ebs and flows; 2 smasher weeks fallowed by silence. The eventuality and bottom line of my decision to pull the trigger was; A). It took me until late September, after agreeing in early August to do it, Kurt was low pressure, we became friends, long talks on the phone. The only time I had money like this was my first plumbing company which was a much bigger metropolis of Phoenix under the most lucky and un reproducible environmental factors ever. I was 21 and I blew it, point is I had tons of connections I grew up there in construction theres 5 million people. This time im 41 in a town of 50k and I didn't know one single person when I came here or when I started this business. This is truly grass routes, and the next level fertilizer I needed was PMM. We have recently increased our budget, and have the ability to maneuver adds, in order to focus certain services that apply to certain areas, with brilliantly obtained analytics, performance charts etc. Alan, would probably be the first to admit I was an annoying client at first, cause he was speaking a different language, I'm a plumber not a marketing mind, but I tend to want to control things, so I had to trust in the team and let the guys who knew how to ride have the ropes. He's done a phenomenal job, explaining things, and helping me with my bad habit of wanting to explain everything to the finest detail, when the only person who cares is me. 🤣🤣 Fast forward to April this year I just got off the phone with my team, our performance on Google reaches new unbelievable marks every month, we have far surpassed every goal we set for ourselves. My jaw truly dropped when I was told today, I was literally non existent on Google just 7 months ago 48- 5 star reviews later, we could not be more happy. He wasn't pushy, unlike other companies that try to force you into spending thousands of dollars on marketing.Kurt took the time to touch base with us once or twice a month until we were able to come up with the funds. He built our google website. He also made sure we were satisfied with the website.He made our google page.It Looks so good and he made sure to include everything.We wanted on the google page.I would highly highly recommend him if you're looking to build your google website. Absolutely recommended roofing company! We had LeBlanc replace our roof and the work on our large home's steep rooftop was completed in a day. Excellent cleanup throughout the day, We had a minor issue a couple years later, I called them on Saturday got an immediate response and they had my paperwork on hand within minutes, then a crew was here within a week to rectify. Brian tried to work with our insurance company initially to cover some of the cost and he did aid in recovering some - but as with all insurance companies they drag things out. I commend him for that. But, as I said once I decided on Brian's company they completed the work quickly and with quality - and they back it up. Go with them. Have good year!
