Terzetto Digital has been an absolute game-changer for our business. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a deep understanding of our goals and worked closely with us to create a customized strategy that would boost our online presence.
Our independent small bike shop was struggling to get noticed by new customers because we had a very limited online presence. We took advantage of a grant through the City of Dublin for marketing assistance and we were matched with Richard Wilkinson and his company, Terzetto Digital. Richard and his team conducted an in-depth marketing analysis and looked at our Google Business Page, Yelp, our website and visited our store. After analyzing our unique store, they met with us and explained their findings in depth. Without writing a novel, here’s what we were told: Our website was not at all doing the job of keeping customers engaged, as we had about a 69 second average visit per click but to make matters worse, we had no coding for Google to search, so we weren’t coming up when people searched for bike shops etc. Our Google Business Page wasn’t being utilized as much as it could be, as we had outdated photos, very little content etc. and we weren’t ranking high in key word searches because our Google profile lacked information to “search for”. On top of the online results, we learned that our store wasn’t keeping our existing customers engaged because we didn’t try to contact them once they completed their shopping experience. Richard and his team offered several solutions for our store and we ultimately decided to keep our current website but have his team expand the content and optimize it for search engines. To keep engaging with current customers, his team created a template for us to use for sending electronic newsletters and we were taught how to create future distributions and how to look at the results. They even suggested we create a birthday club for children. We immediately started a birthday club and already parents love the idea. We were able to maximize our Google Business Page ourselves, which was pretty easy – we updated the photos and add more products to the page etc. The entire process of working with Terzetto Digital was amazing. We really didn’t know what to do to help our store, because we didn’t actually know what was wrong. The marketing analysis was quite an eye opener. We wish we had done this years ago, but are looking forward to improved sales going forward. Richard and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with and we appreciate everything they’ve done for us.
