Almost five years ago I was given a new position as Marketing Director for our large and quickly expanding law enforcement equipment company after a long career in sales. To say “I didn’t know what I didn’t know” was an understatement. As a photographer and creative person, I knew what I wanted to see, but had to understand how to make that vision happen. I needed to build a consistent branding strategy across dozens of locations, rebuild our website, and create a complete social media presence along with storytelling videos. I found Phenyx Marketing using a Google search and had a phone interview with Jeff Mullins, as well as two other firms. There simply aren’t words to describe how different it felt talking with Jeff and the entire Phenyx team. We built a new website, created custom videography for multiple production-level company videos, built a full-stack custom e-commerce platform, and have made literally hundreds of pieces of marketing collateral. PHENYX is a huge marketing enabler for small organizations! We originally engaged with the PHENYX team for a refresh of our website, but quickly pivoted to full utilization of their Marketing On Demand Service (MODS). Our organization does not have a position (or the budget) for a full time marketing or design employee, but we still have a high amount of needs around digital marketing, video development, presentation design, marketing material, and graphic development, beyond the website redesign.
