Our company had a rebranded website built by NerdyMind. While the website turned out beautiful, the work it took was frustrating. The project manager we were assigned never had answers for things and always had to go and ask questions, it was hard to get a hold of them on the phone or set up a meeting, and we are still finding common sense changes 9 months later that we have to pay more for because their team did not think of it on the front end. It is hard to get what we ask for done right the first time. I will say that our team was impressed with the writing done on the website. The graphics they came up with and overall design is great and what we asked for. I just wish we didn't have some of the back and forth frustrations that keep occurring.
