Actually in downtown Windsor, Co. Very nice small radio station, friendly , helpful employees. Retro 102.5 is a wonderful radio station . Awesome Radio personalities/ they offer many fun Daily Contests and prizes, such a Gift cards for local restaurants, Trip giveaways, Concert tickets. A great group of very caring people.
Still waiting to get paid for playing at Front Range Village Summer Concerts its been almost two months!! Dealing with Michelle Senior Account Executive has been nothing but disappointing. Its been excuse after excuse. They don't even respond to emails. Personally, I will never work with town square media again!
I first reached out to TSM back in 2021 and they provide me a lavish incentive to move my website over to them. They made many promises to increase traffic, leads and talked highly about their SEO services claiming they were the best. I took the risk and came on board with them. Their turn over rate is impressive and no matter what I relayed to my marketing manager, those edits were always done wrong and took many days into weeks to complete. This is 2024 and my SEO was never fully built out, my website is halfway finished and they are refusing to send me my backup file of the website (holding it hostage) claiming that its a proprietary platform so that I cannot transfer to another company, which is not correct, they do have the ability to send me my backup file, they just don't want to. My google rankings are diminishing, my SEO is not even ranking for our industry keywords and we're being surpassed by new companies that are opening up. My mobile version was never optimized and this is 2024. They had over 2 years to provide me with a mobile friendly website. My marketing manager has also displayed poor customer service. She's lashed out to the newly hired marketing company we hired to rebuild the website and showed her true colors.
