At first, you’re skeptical, right? Because it almost sounds too good to be true. But it’s not. I’m a contractor for a dental office in Raleigh, NC, where I work as the marketing and community outreach coordinator. I was brought onto Dr. Chi’s team to help spread the word about Luma Dental Studio and genuinely connect the practice with the community. I was really excited to hear that a marketing team would be helping us with ads, landing pages, collateral, branding, and everything in between—but once I heard they were based in Colorado, I was definitely a little skeptical. Then I met Patrick, and that skepticism went completely out the window. I’m in my late 20s, and I know what it feels like when people make assumptions about how knowledgeable you are before you’ve even had the chance to speak. Patrick and the Omni team never made me feel that way. Before my first meeting with him, I prepared a very long list of questions and concerns for our 30-minute time slot. He never seemed distracted, rushed, or annoyed. Instead, he taught me so much about ads and marketing within the dental industry. I’ve worked in marketing for med spas, aesthetics, and retail, but dentistry was new to me. I genuinely loved being able to nerd out with him. When you have questions, Patrick will answer them—and probably explain the answer through one of his famous analogies. One thing I really appreciate about Patrick is that he will tell you when you’re wrong or explain why an idea might not hit the mark. He doesn’t just agree with everything to make you feel good. Omni also supports dental practices in different markets, so their team is incredibly well-versed in what works within the industry. Patrick isn’t even the main reason I decided to leave this review, though. Stephanie, who I initially thought was an assistant, is like a mini secret agent in my eyes. She is so articulate, responsive, and knowledgeable. Even when she doesn’t have an answer yet, she will acknowledge your message and let you know she’s looking into it—which I loved so much that I actually started doing it myself. She is also amazing at pulling qualitative insights from quantitative data and explaining what the numbers may actually mean. The last thing I’ll say before ending my rant is that working with Omni is also about what you put into it. They care, but they also have other clients and a full team of specialists working across ads, graphic design, web design, branding, and more. Each person is responsible for a different piece of the project, and they all have to come together to make sure your brand is telling the same story at every touchpoint. During the initial phases, be present. Say what you’re thinking. Ask questions. Share your concerns, even when they feel small. Because Omni really is there for you.
