I have been working with SunnySide for the past 7 months and I am beyond pleased with their work! The other thing that they do that helps them stand out from other agencies I have worked with in the past is that they stay on top of trends, technology, changes in algorithms, etc. And, even more importantly, they produce regular newsletters to inform their clients of those changes so that we can stay on top of those changes as well. I called this company because they were the first to show up in the results, they had a great rating, and I liked the name. I didn't even go to their website, instead I just called on a whim to inquire about support with social media. Sunny, the owner, was so incredibly kind and helpful. She spent over 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing my needs and the price point for me to get my needs met with her company. I was really impressed with how quickly they would be able to produce what I want/need and for a very fair-to-client pricing. I'm not surprised she and her team are fast and produce results- if they weren't, she wouldn't be in her 14th YEAR owning the business! I cannot say enough good things about Sunnyside Social Media! I was having a major issue with my Facebook business page and was getting absolutely nowhere with Meta Support. I reached out to several professionals in the area, but all of them told me they couldn’t help. I even filed a case with the BBB against Meta, but had no luck there either. After exhausting every resource I could think of, I emailed Sunnyside Social Media to see if they might be able to help. That’s when Kary reached out — and not only offered assistance, but also gave me hope that a resolution was possible. She was friendly, professional, tenacious, and genuinely dedicated to helping me get the issue resolved. It took nearly three months (through no fault of Kary’s), but today, my issue is finally resolved — and I couldn’t be happier!
