Since Upstream got a management change, Evan and their team have had complete disregard for customer satisfaction. My team and I got 2 months into the intricate planning process for a website build and SEO plan, and suddenly they stopped responding. Despite having Evans personal number, and literally sending an uncountable number of texts and calls to him to see if they would continue the process, as well as calling the agencies number, we never received a single response over the course of a month. It has now been multiple months, still with no response, and we've had to pivot to an agency who gave us a much lower price for the same quality of work. If they didn't want to work with us and simply told us, there would be no issue at all - but instead they left us out to dry for months on end and our website build got significantly, and damagingly, delayed. Your chances with quality of service and satisfaction are far better with a different, reputable agency. Do not waste your time with this company, it's not worth it to you.
