Melissa, owner of Lumi Hospitality and formerly, The 196 Club failed to inform customers that she was closing doors and going out of business. I had a private event booked at The 196 Club, and she did not communicate with me that they would be closing, nor did she return deposit funds. An absolute shame coming from a local business that prides themselves on “hospitality”.
