We have gone through several SEO and Internet Marketing companies that promised the world, charged $1,000s of dollars and DID NOT DELIVER! Then we met Dana with SMT. She told us how SMT was different and to give them a chance. Eventually we agreed to it. Immediately they were different. They met with us in person at their corporate office so they could find out more about Pet Pros Services, our goals, vision,s etc. They genuinely cared. Everyone knew our names and they knew about our company when we walked in to say hello. I felt like a VIP and they showed they wanted to learn more about us. They did not make any crazy promises or long contracts for us to sign. They told us what is good and bad about our website and they had a plan of strategy to make things better and right. We met Gary who actually does the SEO for us. He listened to us and he is a true professional. He understands SEO and keeps up with the SEO industry. He is a SEO Guru/Genius. He should be in Mensa for SEO if one was ever created. He is that knowledgeable. Gary and his team came up with a plan that made perfect sense for our pet industry and more specifically our company needs and goals. Jennette Properties has been with SMT for several years now. They have helped us establish and maintain a successful online presence in our local marketplace through SEO and internet marketing. As non-tech people, we don't usually know what needs to be done to get our website ranked where it needs to be. SMT has been able to provide guidance in that area resulting in our ranking on the first search page for our desired keywords. Bernie Piekarski and his very knowledgeable crew, Matt, Julie, David (and others :-) ) are a rare blend of tech experts mixed with common sense. This is a great company. They take care of the client and do everything needed to get your presence on the web up and running and discovered. They helped design a great looking and effective site for me and I couldn't be more pleased. Special kudos to Bernie who made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
