The team is great, from the contact person, my agent(s) who work my biz, the incredible podcast (format, type of questions, attention to the details, think out of the box, etc), to the CEO and his executive team (professionalism, hands on approach, kindness). For my business shooting a video in a dim lit setting with a backdrop of an office building was not correct. Additionally they gave me the script last minute which I had to read from a teleprompter making me feel completely unprepared. It would been great if they sent me the scripts in advance. Lastly they urged me to do Facebook based on my limited budget but proceeded to do it at 66 dollars per day which is plenty for google. I didn’t get any qualified leads and their service was thousands of dollars upfront without any results. They put me with a rookie account manager and never took a real consultation to figure out what worked or didn’t work for the business in the past. If you’re looking for a good marketing company rare blue moon is not one I could ever recommend.
