Red Branch completely transformed our wealth management firm's website, moving it beyond the industry's dull norm. They delivered a sophisticated and unique digital presence that perfectly embodies our brand, exceeding our goals of a better user experience and stronger engagement. We've only just launched, but I'm confident this will help with our SEO and organic online engagement going forward. I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle and Jeremy, who I primarily worked with for their creativeness, attention to detail, and availability throughout the process! Thanks team!
Red Branch Media has been Talent Tech Labs' marketing agency for several years and they have been amazing to work with! Full service -- brand, design, SEO, social, web dev, email marketing -- you name it, they have done an incredible job for us! They work in pods/groups to make sure there is always coverage and their response times are unbeatable. They did an incredible job of modernizing our brand recently and they never have a shortage of ideas to elevate our brand, grow our community and move our company forward toward our goals. They truly care about the organization's vision and have been exceptional partners to us. The communication with my account manager, who is fantastic, has always been clear with copious notes and excellent attention to detail. It is a pleasure to work with RBM and their team of "branchers!"
I worked with Red Branch at my previous company and they were absolutely AMAZING! We had a very small team, and having Red Branch really felt like we had a full team. The wide range of content they created for us was absolutely amazing, which is no easy feat considering we were in a highly technical industry (cloud). In the past, I've never had much success working with agencies, but I can honestly say that Red Branch changed my mind about working with an agency partner! They're also super responsive and organized! Highly recommend!
Plagiarism from a marketing agency?!?! You better believe it. And from the CEO no less! After a lackluster few months working together supporting our marketing, the CEO personally got involved to try and save our business with them. She then proceeded to plagiarize content from one of our competitors and post it to our website without approval. Things got nasty from there, but she kept maintaining that it was not plagiarism, and a very minor copy and paste error that was no big deal. Close to half of a multi page article was from several of this competitors blogs and web pages, but had been slightly reworked. In some cases, she left their trademarked product name in the article. In others, their product name was simply swapped for ours. That got us digging into much of their other work, and we found a lot more discrepancies with reporting and issues with other content as well. But I'll let you be the judge on plagiarism. Below is just a small example. Their product name was just swapped for ours, but the content was ever so slightly re-written. Not sure how you accidentally copy and paste such a thing. From our competitions blog post “We’re proud that teams worldwide use {COMPETITORS TRADEMARKED PRODUCT NAME} for the least complicated reason in the world: it’s easy to use, and it simply works.” What the Red Branch CEO wrote and published without approval on our website: “We’re proud that {OUR PRODUCT NAME} is used by teams worldwide for the least complicated reason in the world: it’s easy to use, and it simply works. {COMPETITORS TRADEMARKED PRODUCT NAME} is purpose-built for recruitment, …” Unscrupulous and dishonest. Avoid these folks like the plague and don't ever let them touch your brand!
