We tried to work with Net Fusion One for seven years. What a terrible experience. They do not follow up on any promises. Blamed everything on us. Don't return phone calls. Hard to find anyone who speaks English. Do not recommend working with then. Awful customer service always trying to up sale.
I have nothing but great things to say about Net Fusion One! Not only do they wonderfully manage my website (any request I send is responded to and completed within a day), they also handle my SEO services (which I have seen go from 59th to 17th in a year). Their customer service is also excellent! Scott spent an hour on the phone with me explaining the SEO process, walking me through what each of the items on the monthly report they send me mean and why it matters. As someone who thinks anything IT/Internet related is basically Greek, his ability to "dumb it down" for me was very appreciated. This last phone call however is what prompted me to take the time to write this review. During our call I mentioned that I was so frustrated because after trying on my own for almost a year to get my new email address set up to match my website address, I was about to give up. As soon as Scott heard me say this he offered to jump in and help me. This is NOT part of what they normally do but it was something he was able to do and he did! Within a few hours my new email address was set up and ready to go! Although it only took him a short amount of time I cannot tell you how much it meant to me because it was something I just couldn't seem to figure out!
Before we got involved with Net Fusion One we were doing our own website. We had a company that created one we could, view our own editing and so forth. So that was kind a cool but it was way out of date. Their response time is fast. We've been with Net Fusion One for about a year now and we're really impressed with how fast they respond to our dates and our changes and our website updates and changes are almost on a weekly basis. I think people are searching for photographic workshop, photo excursions or something you do with your cameras online a lot. Seems like they do it after dinner or in the evening and they do it 11 o' clock at night. And our website is consistently being seen on Google. This has gotten us a lot of sales we wouldn’t have normally gotten. Its made a huge difference for people to be able to find us online, then they just push a button and they’ve ordered from us. We love it.
