Straight North has lost six months on my account because the website content they produced was repeatedly legally and factually inaccurate, requiring substantial rewrites of work that should have been correct from the outset. Rather than taking responsibility, the company has blamed me for providing “too much feedback” when that feedback was necessary to correct serious errors. My account manager, Megan, has taken no meaningful accountability, and escalating the issue to the Senior Content Strategist, VP of Client Services, and President produced no resolution—only referrals back to the same people who had already failed to address the problems. For a company marketing itself as an SEO and digital marketing agency, this has been an exceptionally disappointing experience marked by poor-quality legal content, wasted time, and a complete lack of accountability.
