I am the business owner of ALTA & CSI; I hired them to do a complete rebuild of my companies’ websites. It was great in the beginning till I received E-mails that started to turn into deceptive business practices to try and get me to sign more services that we didn’t need; they tried to force me to sign contracts in the end saying my sites where in jeopardy when they weren’t built properly by them in the beginning! We actually have lawyers looking into their deceptive practices for a possible bill back for work that they created. The contracts they sent werent properly satisfied and we will be posting facts soon once my attorneys comb through the issues. I can't say do not use them, i can only give advice for the next person to analyze the information they are giving you.
