Took our money, gave us nothing in return, then physically threatened me for leaving a negative review. In response to the owner's response below, I've saved the entire email transcript showing our correspondence, as well as the original response from Kevin in case he changes it again. I'm a lifetime entrepreneur, and I've never left a negative score for any service in the past because I've never been treated this way before. The fact that Blackstrap is willing to lie outright on this review is very telling.
