I am an independent health insurance agent who needs administrative support as my business has grown, but I have been reluctant to hire help because of the cost. Hiring Carroll Media for under $200 a month has solved this perplexing problem!! I have a new AI assistant, Alli, who answers calls which I cannot due to my being on another call or being out-of-the-office. Alli sends me an email for each and every call with phone number, name, and what they were calling about. She can schedule meetings on my Google calendar which I am so excited about with the Annual Enrollment period coming up in October 2026!

I have Used Carroll Media for a number of years now and have been ultra pleased with the results as well as the company growth it has provided me. The level of personalized customer service I have received is second to none! I left a 5 star review but only because there was not an option for 6!!
