The photos were fine, but more important to me is that she misrepresented the product. Per her website I wanted the basic residential package of 25 photos for $125. She sent me 48 photos of her choosing and billed me for them all. My mistake, I guess, was assuming it worked like other photographers, you look at the "proofs" and select the 25 photos you want.
I don't look anywhere else to get my photos done, KC Media is always on time, professional and cost friendly. Samantha has done all of my luxury style rentals, and assisted living home. Her photos literally tell the story. I wish to take her every where I stage a new home.
