They will never respond to calls. No one is the office where they claimed they are. They will just turn on light to seems as if they are there. Even the email contact not going through. I don't know how real this company is.

We've been with Groove for about two years and then I've been with them for a little bit less than that. We started with little to no knowledge about email marketing with Klaviyo. They came in and gave us a step-by-step process of how to do things and explained it all really well. We were able to get on calls to watch them and they even sent over examples. Through the reports, we've been able to pinpoint what we need to improve on. So far, my personal experience with them has been a 10 out of 10. I have loved working with every single person I've come across. Working with the team overall has just been a huge asset. I would absolutely recommend Groove Commerce.

We didn't just need a new theme with Groove. We also needed support for that theme. We liked that Groove had the most knowledge about BigCommerce of any agency we talked to. They offered the Velocity theme to us with high speed for Core Web Vitals, having the flexibility to use page builder, and accessibility compatibility - which was really appealing. We wanted a partner that we could just say "Hey, this is what we want to do. Make it happen." Groove has definitely been that and I would recommend Groove to others.
