Horrible company to work with. This company had a salesperson that lied to me and got a good amount of money from me and promised some things that never happened and that the company never had. I then reached out to the owner of the company Chris and discussed the issue which I thought he was going to resolve but never did. They are horrible about communication as well. Since then, I have emailed the owner several times to get. The remaining payments that is owed to me from the company and now the owner has completely stopped emailing me and the company's technical side has stopped emailing me. Very disappointed. 1.31.2024 - I have reached out several times to discuss unauthorized charges made on my account by social owl. Unfortunately, I cannot receive the same level of customer service I received when I signed up. This is very disheartening that no one is assisting. Please be careful!! Jim Borenitsch the owner of this scam is a lier and a very selfish person so I requested a refund and this scammer didn’t even want to even refund me my money and also I never even got access to the platform so I basically paid for nothing literally nothing !!!! Please don’t trust this person or this Stupid Social owl pyramid scheme which will try to brainwash you and steal your money they live off of selling dreams to people 😒😠😡 he will make you feel like your the one that’s wrong when it’s him

Social owl has been a great addition to my business. I worked with Jim B, who was very hands on at getting my onboarded with the new platform. Within the first couple weeks I already had new businesses as clients.
