We paid them for the whole term of our contract and we are supposed to own the site. They told us several times that they would send us the backup file so we can host on our own hosting and never did. Change request for the website are very slow.
We have been with GYC for several years now and have used all of their services. What I like about them is they only take childcare clients so their pulse on the industry and best marketing practices is fined tuned as things change. I have also worked with other marketing agencies, but GYC has shown the most transparency when it comes to holding themselves accountable to results. We meet every month to go over how ads are performing and fine tune things so I am confident my ad spend are dollars that actually turn into enrollments each month. Before GYC we would average about 5-10 leads a week at one location and just after about 3 months working with them that turned into 15-20 leads per week. The additional enrollments more than paid for the cost of their services and I am so glad we still work with them today.
