I had an extremely disappointing experience with this marketing agency. My monthly ad spend was supposed to be set at $2250 for the month. When hiring any agency, you’re supposed to keep the budget low to see if they know what they are doing. I was promised by the owner, Bob Ottoway, that I would not exceed $2500 total and that I would be more than happy with their services. That definitely was not the case. Within less than two weeks, they had me spending close to $2,000 on Google Ads. I received Zero Phone Calls, Zero leads, and Zero Return! Meanwhile, they were reporting hundreds of clicks and claiming strong performance, non of which translated into actual business. To make matters worse, the charges were coming through in a way that triggered a fraud alert from my bank, which should tell you how abnormal the billing activity looked. Were they charging my card inappropriately? There was no transparency, no clear tracking and no accountability for the results. As a business owner, I don’t expect miracles overnight, but I do expect honesty, proper setup and some levels of return or at least meaningful data. This felt like money being burned with no real strategy behind it. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and ask very detailed questions before trusting them with your advertising budget.
