When Clover Leaf was looking for a new agency for our Pizza chain, we looked for an agency that would devote enough time and develop an image that would truly represent the core of values of our chain. You may or may not know that Michigan is the Pizza Capital of America possibly in the world. So, there is no shortage of marketing and branding companies in the area. But we needed someone with a long history in the food industry. A company that had the depth in all three of the marketing needs to build our brand, so we decided PGN Agency was the best qualified for our company's growth. 1. Brand/Rebrand management, Logo, in-store signage, package and all the other items needed to build sells. 2. Digital footprint, we need a new more interactive website. Email program, SEO, Keywords, content, social media marketing. This was a big one for us. That is something that looks easy but could not be anything further from the truth. 3. Brand leadership, we needed proven new marketing concepts. We need help to take the brand to the next level. This is the hardest task. So PGN had also done work with the major Pizza chains in the area, such as Jets Pizza, Green Lantern, Hungry Howie’s, Tiffany’s, Dinos, Marco's pizza. But we didn’t have funds to hire the big dollars “Agency”, and PGN was willing to work with our budget and as we grew the Marketing budget, so would grow as well. Our team worked with the Team at PGN and built a plan that would work, all that was great. The team at PGN provide Clover leaf with everything that we needed a new logo and a bi-line that we love and if you look at the logo you will see what I mean. Well, I know that this review is getting a bit long so let me end this review with this. PGN and Pete Doanato did more than sell Clover leaf with Marketing and branding. Pete, himself had owned three Pizzerias and he to share a personal interest in our company and even opened his home to do on going marketing training and franchise support with our store owners. We are very satisfied with all the services that we received and this review can’t begin to tell you about all the great staff at PGN and all wonderful things accomplished under their leadership partnership. Absolutely horrifying. Peter , the owner asked me to quote a paint job for him where he is trying to flip a house in the Shelby area. I gave him a very fair price , which he knocked down to not being very fair. When I told him I was not able to do the paint job for him at that price. He at that point, ghosted me and stopped doing any work for my ad at all. I paid him twelve hundred dollars for a design on my facebook which has not helped me at all. On top of that, he doesn't even recall who I am. That is horrifying, you pay someone to do a service for you. And when that person that you paid doesn't get what he wants, he just takes your money and forgets all about you.. that is someone you do not want to work with absolutely horrifying experience.

PGN is a wonderful company with great people behind the name. They are helping us with directory unification, and making sure our businesses information is consistent throughout various platforms. They are building us a new website too! We are very excited to be working with them. Pete has a great team that really understands the importance of an online presence for businesses. PGN took the time to meet with us in person to discover who we are and what we are trying to accomplish. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship beyond getting us into the 21st century.
