I've worked with Rob and his team for a couple of years and highly recommend FeedbackWrench. He built my website and has provided great insights on SEO and marketing that have helped increase leads and grow my accounting firm. Knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help.

I have to say the people are great but the communication is very poor. We had quite a few instances in which we asked for 5 changes then only 2 were made and they asked us to finalize everything. It seemed they didn't have a proper project management software. We had a wonderful website before and Rob agreed it doesn't need to be changed much but recommended small tweaks. They updated our website which came out nice but since it wasn't a full redesign and a partial the website became very slow. I tried reaching out regarding this and they stopped communicating with us. Many of the employees are young kids which I completely understand in marketing but after following Rob for a few years I'm a bit disappointed. On the bright side Brady did a fantastic jobs with our ad setup. The ads were a bit generic and look like an old school instagram word post but we've had enough new business come in to result in us almost breaking even which is better than any other firm was able to do in the past. Edit: I had an issue with my website a few months after this and Rob himself picked up to help. We talked about my review and was very understanding. He also helped me try to figure out the cause for about 20 minutes just to help. Turns out this issue had NOTHING to do with Feedback wrench and was entirely my server issue. Rob thank you for your time, I'm increasing this to four stars!

Rob and his team are amazing to work with. They do a great job and truly care about what they do and even beyond that about how well you do as a business. Robs character will show through in a short visit with him, you will see he is just good guy with morals and ethics its a good trait that can set a company apart as I've spent a lot of money in past marketing companies that have just failed miserably and dont care at the end of the day. Highly recommend feedback wrench!
