Confusing and disappointing experience. 90 Degree Media failed to generate leads through google ads as they proposed. Rather than accept our feedback as clients and adjust the approach to deliver the leads that were promised, 90 Degree Media decided to terminate our contract without offering any refunds or solutions.
The owners of this company walked away with my money without performing services. I contracted with 90 degree to do SEO work for me. They were supposed to be spending an adequate amount of money on google ads for me to drum up a little business. When i inquired and let them know that I was not getting any business from their efforts, one of the owners got very angry with me and told me that they were cancelling my contract. I had simply, calmly tried to explain the lack of results that they were achieving. I agreed to a half refund even though they hadn't performed half the work. Guess what? NO REFUND! They simply took my money and ghosted. If it were possible to give a zero rating for them, I would. These people are not legit, they don't know what they're doing, and they took my money and ran.
