We used Optimize for a year and we feel as though it was a year of wasted money. When expressing our concern to Catherine she dismissed them and would talk over us when explaining to her what we would like to see change. The same post would be posted multiple times throughout the month with zero interactions received. Multiple times through zoom calls we expressed what we wanted and it wasn't till our contract ended with them that Catherine finally offered something new. By then we had already asked to have our services cancelled. Now she is arguing with me and trying not to cancel our services. We started using a new marketing company and we have already seen a higher return in the first 24 hours than we saw in the year. Catherine is also condescending in her responses to my wife. I do not recommend using them

We joined them in 2018 the down fall is lots of turnover.... since 2018 we have had at least 6 different reps. I just reached out to my rep because 2 reps ago I was told we were going to get $1000 worth of professional pictures if we went to their package that was $339.00 a month, so we did... I never received the pictures so they said that rep didn't have me sign a contract so they couldn't honor the promotion. I told them I would like to cancel for a couple months to weigh the benefits to be told I would have to pay one more month because they require a 30 day notice... How are you going to hold me to a contract you clearly told me we don't have which is why you couldn't honor the pictures... If the customer doesn't get the benefit of a contract with no contract why should your company? Needless to say I will be canceling indefinitely. Update: They still charged me for another 30 days even though I cancelled 15 days before the next payment was going to come out and they are removed from all my social media accounts and are not providing a service for our company anymore, but they still wanted there last $339.00. Wouldn't recommend!
We used OSM for 4 years. The first 2 years were great! I had a dedicated account manager and they did a wonderful job. The last 2 years were not so great. The account managers were constantly changing and I wasn't receiving the great service that I had previously experienced.

We've been working with OSM for about a year and have been extremely pleased with their service and the level of personalized attention we get from our account rep. They've done a great job managing our online reputation and keeping us abreast of what's happening online. They also manage our website, which has run flawlessly since launch. I'm always impressed by how quickly they respond to questions or update our site when things change. This is an awesome company and I would recommend them to any small business that wants to outsource social media.
