Sadly, we cannot give a 5-star rating based on our engagement with this business. Be sure to research the experience level and expertise of this company prior to signing the contract. Do you trust an organization where the owner writes a Google review on his own business? This action is specifically prohibited per Google policy as a Conflict of Interest: “Examples of disallowed practices include, but are not limited to: Reviewing your own business.” As a company who advertises providing a service to better your Google ranking position, it is disappointing they don’t know (or respect) this basic Google rule. This should have been the first indicator to us the level of knowledge of Google business marketing products does not run deep. Unfortunately we encountered numerous instances where representatives of this company were not up-to-date on the products. Beware.
