I had scheduled pictures and video for my upcoming listing. I was able to schedule everything through the portal, and even got a confirmation and email reminder of my appointment. There was no indication that the appointment was not going to happen. Top Tier was a "no show" and will not respond to any communication (email/text/call). I hope all is well with Evan, but I think the scheduling portal should be shut down for now vs offering false promises. A simple apology/reply goes a long way but I have yet to receive that.

My Realtor had hired Top Tier Visuals for photos of my home. She had made an appointment for Friday 12/15 at 3 pm with the expectation that she would get the photos by 10 am on Saturday. By Saturday afternoon there were no photos. After my realtor made multiple calls and texts, Evan said that his editor, who had the photos, was MIA and he would have to Re-shoot photos. Evan told my realtor the he would go out first thing on Sunday and that he would get the photos over to her ASAP. The photos never arrived. Evan didn’t respond to multiple calls or texts until about 5 pm on Sunday when my agent told him he was fired. At which time he stated there was a family medical emergency and the photos had not been taken. There is a google review from about a month ago with very similar facts. My home was supposed to be listed Saturday morning. Now, because of getting the run around from Top Tier Visuals, my listing has been delayed for multiple days.
