We have had a terrible experience with this company. Our original point of contact was unresponsive and completely unproductive. Once she left the company we were assigned another representative, who was great. His biggest contribution to our account was that he repeatedly corrected their incorrect billing. That is, billing for services that were either never performed or were never asked for. Unfortunately, he too left the company. Our third representative was similar to the first one. That is, unresponsive and unproductive. There were several incorrect billing invoices that accrued after the second rep. left the company, and as a result of the third rep's (lack of) performance, they were not corrected in a timely fashion. Several of these invoices "accrued," at one point approaching $10,000. It took a long conference call to resolve the invoices. After that call the company claimed and continues to claim that ONE outstanding invoice for SEO remains, despite the fact that it was one that was resolved on the conference call mentioned above. As of this moment, they have frozen/turned off our website, despite the fact that they have been paid for the web hosting; they are co-mingling their disputed charge for an unrelated service to the web hosting. In summary--BUYER BEWARE. I have serious questions regarding this company's performance, and more importantly, their ethical and moral approach to business.
