I have used Charlotte SEO for about a year right now and have spent the money to back it up. We used to rank very low on our Google pages. And with good content actively working on my end to build this company they have delivered amazing results with us rank #1 across almost every Google search for plumber and the team is always there sending me reports, phone calls, updates, super great communication. I can call anytime and they are there for sure. 100% couldn't recommend anymore. Love you guys

I really hate to do this but this company royally let me down. We went all in on this company to help us grow and we spent a ton of money with this company for a year and half and nothing to really show for it except my company name on a bunch of random sites. They say on their website that you should expect a 300 to 500% increase. Not even close. There was so many times I was frustrated with the lack of calls and they'd put together a meeting and say oh we got this new idea that we were just about to implement over and over. The last meeting they tell me that they didn't know I wanted a skyscraper. If they would've know that they would've gone for that. What?? All I wanted was to rank higher on google and get more calls. I didn't even rank on the first page except for a mile radius around my location. I know SEO takes a while but I've been with them way longer than the 10 months they recommended. I basically threw away a ton of money that I'll never get back. Wasted all of it. They didn't even have me sign anything or tell me really what's included. Some of their workers are extremely nice and helpful but I needed a return on investment and I didn't get anywhere near that. And their sales rep stops returning your texts when you tell them you're out. I would really do your homework and check out a ton of seo companies so you don't get screwed too.

So I went online and filled out the form. Still waiting on a call back. It’s been two days. So I decided to call. The phone just rang and rang. Then finally someone picked up. They didn’t say anything but they were chewing food so I hung up. Double checked the number and yes I dialed the correct number. Sent a message on Instagram and still NO response. I just called and the receptionist literally said to me I don’t understand what you are asking. A receptionist that doesn’t understand a simple question. I wonder how the rest of the team members are? Yikes. I would literally be afraid to spend a dime with these people. How can they handle your website if they can’t even handle a simple callback request or a phone call or even respond to an Instagram message??? Not sure how reputable Charlotte SEO is. First impressions are of the utmost importance. I’ll look for another SEO company to help me.

We have seen very good results even in bad times like the pandemic we’ve been going through. Quick to respond, they listen to your needs and what direction you’re looking to take...and most importantly they execute.

SEO is a long term play and there were moments that I was frustrated - as a small business owner this is a large investment BUT please don't miss the word INVESTMENT. When we finally started hitting our goals and getting onto page 1 of google it more than paid for its self. Prior to working with Charlotte SEO we used 2 other companies that wasted thousands of dollars with no return. If you're on the fence I would encourage you to trust them and trust the process. It works.
