I have been with Base Coat Marketing for almost 3 years now and I've been extremely happy with how they have handled marketing for my painting company. I flat out do not enjoy marketing, and have struggled over the years to find a reliable partner to provide a consistent platform that delivers great results. I paid a big national company a ton of money to develop and market a website prior to using Base Coat and it was an unmitigated disaster. Base Coat came in, quickly developed a website, and walked me through all the important steps to gather the info they needed to improve my website ranking, and it has steadily gained more leads as the months go on. There are actual people who work there and quickly respond to any issues, and you can tell they care about doing things correctly. For those of you like me who aren't great with social media and websites, but are good at sales and operations in your painting business, hand marketing over to Base Coat. My account manager, Bailey, has been a critical partner in walking me through the marketing landscape and helping me make sense of it. She responds quickly to requests I have, and is a great all around partner. They rock - highly recommended!

I have been working with Basecoat for about a year now. My first account manager was Nat and she was great. Now I have been working with Chad this year and so far its been really good! His communication is over the top, he listen to my needs and I feel he really care about me and my business!
