I had an uncomfortable interaction after being dissatisfied with the 5 logo concepts I purchased and politely requesting a refund. They looked like not much interest, time, or energy was spent on the concepts. Brian offered to make revisions but I thought none of them were worth revising. I guess that’s what I get for $600? Honestly this rating has mostly to do with the interaction I had and not so much the product. I’m new to marketing a business so maybe this is just what $600 buys you? But the interaction was completely miserable instead of being informative. I got my money back after many ugly back and forth emails. This turned out to be a waste of my time and energy.

A lifesaver for our businesss. Transferred all of our social media and website services to them a year ago. Have a beautiful new website and better functioning social media. Brian and Kara are always super responsive and looking out for us. Not only did we save money switching our services to them but we have improved our overall image and functionality. This is a local, family-owned business. They are amazing. I was having a ton of trouble with my website, and wasn't getting an answer from my prior website developer. It was down for months. I went to Make It Active, and they had it fixed within a handful of hours! I love being able to either call or email with an issue and get an immediate response. I highly recommend Make It Active.
