We recently launched a new SaaS platform and one of the first critical steps in building our brand was developing a logo. I’ve known Steve for about a year, so I reached out to him for recommendations on graphic designers. At the time, I didn’t even realize logo design was a service ShoreSite provides. After learning more about their approach and capabilities, we decided to move forward with ShoreSite for the project. Their team scheduled discovery calls to understand our product, target audience, and the brand identity we wanted to project. We shared some fairly broad and undeveloped ideas, and they translated that input into a clear creative direction that captured exactly what we were trying to communicate. Midway through the process, we made the decision to exhibit at a major trade show to officially launch the product. That left us with just two months to prepare everything, including booth design, marketing materials, and branded assets, all of which depended on having the final logo.
