I reached out to Conduit Digital after seeing their ads promoting white-label support for agencies. I was genuinely excited to explore a partnership, especially since I own a marketing agency, have over half a million followers across social platforms, and coach inside one of the largest AI business programs in the world. I also had more than 40 students looking for vetted white-label solutions. Unfortunately, my interaction with their representative Tim was extremely disappointing. Instead of answering basic questions about their services, he spent a long time giving unsolicited coaching on agency KPIs and fundamentals I’m already very familiar with. When I asked about the actual deliverables and pricing they offer (the reason for the call), he corrected my terminology saying they "partner" with agencies — even though their own website uses the phrase “white label” — and avoided giving any clear information. Throughout the conversation, he made several ego-driven comments about working with $1M+ agencies and referencing their large TikTok presence, none of which were relevant or helpful. When I finally asked how to move forward, he became defensive and abruptly said we weren’t a good fit, without any explanation. Very Bizarre! The entire experience felt unprofessional, condescending, and unnecessarily hostile. Based on this interaction, I can’t recommend them as a partner for agencies seeking reliable white-label support.
