Horrible results! Good price but I can see when people edit my website and it’s been almost 3 months from their last visit and then they ask for payment. No results better doing it off yourself save your money! My rankings have been tremendously going down since starting with them
Excellent and great customer service
Hired this company for SEO , they ask for money upfront for the year and then expect you to run after them to make sure they are doing their job. Very poor results, poor customer service and not helpful when the complaint was voiced. We hired them in March called them to explain the problem in May it is now the end of October they are still going back and forth with emails and have not resolved the situation. DO NOT TRUST this co. Update: got a call on 11/04/2021 from the company after posting my review, the young lady on the phone offered a solution (not whats fair, but best I was going to get) I asked for an e-mail to have it in writing. Today is 11/15/2021 I am still waiting for that promised e-mail. WHAT A SCAM!!!!
Me and my business partner hired this co for search engine optimisation services. They asked for $ upfront for the year. Then became unresponsive and did not perform tasks for which they retained. Very different to work with and expect customers to chase them down to get them to perform. Terrible experience I do not recommend, stay away and save yourselves the headache and your $$$.
Signed up in early December last year, gave them all the access, and got a few pages of content and 20 product descriptions. That's it! For around $3000, they did not even bother to give me a report in more than 4 months. After I complained, they sent me an analytics report + a ranking change sheet. Real organic traffic from their keywords is virtually non-existent. When I called to cancel, I was told that they would just stop doing "SEO" and no refunds. NOTHING! The package was a 12-month package, and I canceled in the 5th month. Do yourself and your business a favor and stay away from these people. UPDATE: They reached out and offered a partial refund. I also had forgot to mention that they did on-page SEO for 10 pages. Emily reached out to me and she was nice and professional and if I ever decide to work with them again, they owe it to her.
