I like to thank Click it Social for putting my company back on the map. I just experienced the worst situation of my company existence. My previous company was a complete nightmare actually broke me on social media but from the first day I met with the team at Click it Social they showed me how I was taken advantage of and how inexperience social media companies can really harm your business. They cleaned up all the mess from the prior company and placed my company back on top of Google now I'm receiving calls again and my company is growing once again. Cheers to Click it Social. If I could rate no stars I would. It's taken me a while to recover from my experience with this company, so if you're considering them I highly recommend you read this through. I hired ClickIt Social for SEO and marketing support. They locked me into a 12 month contract and completely screwed me over. At first, they were moving my site from one host to another. They convinced me that this was necessary for SEO (which I agreed with)... but it took them over 4 months! I was reaching out to their team constantly trying to get the ball moving, but they kept dragging me along. Always have an excuse about one thing or the other. I tend to always give people the benefit of the doubt, so I believed them... but I kept having this feeling like they were not being honest. Art, the sales guy, kept reassuring me that "this is how the process," "everything is fine," again I believed him. Once they finally got my site moved over to the new platform, they were beginning "SEO." Again, this dragged out for a few months. I was told "this person" would be my point of contact... then "this other person"... They would provide a few crumbs of work, again stringing me along. Finally, after 7 months I had enough. I did research on my own, found my own web guy, and asked him to take a look at what they were doing with my site. Right away, he was able to show me how they hadn't even set up the basic SEO for my home and about me pages - the 2 most important for a site! He also showed me how they were posting blogs for my site wrong, not following simple SEO rules, just using ChatGPT copy, not editing at all. After finding this out, I asked to get out of my contract. I provided evidence to support what they DID NOT do "according to our contract"... They didn't even argue, they just sent me an email with the "early contract cancellation fee" I now owed them. This company is awful. I ended up paying them over $7K for nothing. And had to spend 2 months and more money un-doing what they did to my site. I have since decided to do my SEO myself and I have learned so much about simple things they weren't doing. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
It's sad to have to write this review, but as much as I TRUST the reviews I read online, prior to purchase, and All I can say when it comes to Art, the owner, and his/ this business, is "Proceed with CAUTION." In fear of getting this review removed, I'll keep it as "PG as I can, but there’s NOT enough BAD things I can say about Art, his character, his “word,” his business and their “results.” If shade could produce shade, him all of him and his business would be in it… I never waste my time on writing reviews, unless it's absolutely NECESSARY, for GOOD reason, or for BAD. From day 1, Art knew all of the right things to say, and promised the world. First red flag: NEVER over promise your services, for your chances to UNDER-deliver are going to significantly increase. Which they did... In a MAJOR way. 1: I wanted to purchase a specific domain that was for sale, he said not to buy it, for he would get it for me for A LOT cheaper, less than half price. NEVER HAPPENED. 2: For my current business/ website I have had online for 10 years, Art said he couldn't start SEO/ google marketing, until my site was finished with it's new fresh look with updated information that I wanted to have completed. Now my site wasn't taken down at any time, as I had programmer(s) working on just a design "behind the scenes" until it was finished to my satisfaction, then we would use that new site to replace my current site. However, my site being "refreshed" has absolutely nothing to do with marketing; He/ they could still have done their marketing on my current site, as it was still "live" and generating customers daily. But nonetheless, he said he couldn't do anything for me marketing-wise until the new site was finished. Well, it finally finished, I wasn't happy with it, and Art said he would help me with his team to redo it how I wanted it. NEVER HAPPENED. 3: He wanted to do/ run ads on social media, such as Instagram, Facebook, Ect... I told him not to waste his time, for I have used companies in the past who tried to do that, and they all FAILED. He said well those companies weren't his or him, so to "Trust him." I knew it was a bad idea, again, as it was my money being spent, not his... Nonetheless, he got his way, and ran some ads on Facebook. ZERO SUCCESS. I got ZERO leads. EXACTLY has I had told him from day 1. His "sorry(s)" should be a REFUND of what I paid. In conclusion, he, and his "team" are great guys, but this review isn't about them or their personalities, this review is about ClickIt Socials "Services," and their services which produced absolutely ZERO for me. He knew I was EXTREMELY hesitant from day 1 with wanting to use him to help increase/ grow my business, and I was EXTREMELY jaded from previous scammers and their lack of services that cost me tens and tens of thousands of dollars over the years, but I decided to put my paranoia aside, and give him and this business a chance... I know there's A LOT of life left in this business, A LOT of people I can help with providing my services to, and a lot of money to be made, so I decided to convince my business partner to trust me and give me and Art/ ClickIt Social a chance. Well that "chance" ended up costing me somewhere around $10,000. And in today's world, with my current struggling business, that $10,000 hit me and my business more like $100,000! So as I said from the beginning, Proceed with CAUTION. I regret having fallen victim to giving him/ them a "chance," and my business partner reminds me of it DAILY. I wish I gave 5 stars, but this 1 star was far too expensive with ZERO in return and ZERO leads. I still have no clue what they even really did for the thousands I was charged. I could go on and ON, and show PROOF of text message AND emails, which would probably completely eliminate any potential business that he might get from readers who read this review… Maybe I will… Stay tuned for photo PROOF of who this guy REALLY is…
